Bring your child’s birth certificate (if they are new to our club)
Registration is $60.00 ($35.00 non-refundable and $25.00 refundable until 11/03)
Two Deposit checks - $50 uniform deposit (at end of season once we receive uniform back you will get your deposit back)
- $50 work deposit (we have a home tournament ALL parents are required to help)
Coaches and Board members will be on hand to answer any questions parents and children may have about the sport.
There will be a Mandatory Parents meeting on October 14th, 6:30 at the Sangamon Cafeteria to discuss mat rules, sportsmanship, parent rules and practice schedules.
Fundraiser Info - will be handed out night of Parent meeting/Registration night!!
Practice starts week of October 27th – details will follow regarding times for practice.
